I'm an intuitive writer, which means I allow my intuition to guide me when exploring ideas and putting my thoughts into words. I'm a very spiritual person, and I make a point of creating space to listen to my intuition and the thoughts that come to me.

About Reflective Insights

Reflective Insights began with a simple morning walk. It's during these walks that ideas and insights come to me, often inspiring the articles I write. I wanted a place to share those thoughts with others, exploring subjects like love, relationships, personal growth, healing, and the experiences that shape our lives.

My perspectives often differ from mainstream thinking, and I enjoy sharing what comes through in my writing. I hope you'll find something here that resonates with you and gives you something meaningful to think about.

True North Publishing

True North Publishing is my independent publishing imprint, where I bring my personal development resources to life.

I chose the name True North because it represents direction and having a point of reference as we find our way through life. To me, that connects with getting to know ourselves, understanding what matters to us, and deciding where we want to go.

Two of my main resources are the Identity Shift Workbook and Tonight's Connection.

The Identity Shift Workbook is designed to help readers explore identity and personal change.

Tonight's Connection is a free conversation starters app. I value meaningful conversation and wanted to create something for others who value it, too. It's a simple way to find questions that can help get a good conversation going.
