SECTION THREE: Clarifying Core Values

SECTION THREE: Clarifying Core Values

Theme: Alignment with your personal truth.
Goal: Define and reconnect with what matters most to you.

This section is about getting honest about what truly matters to you, not what you were taught to value, not what looks good to other people, and not what culture, family, relationships, or past versions of you told you should matter.

Your values shape your choices, your relationships, your boundaries, your career, your habits, and the way you move through life. When your life reflects your values, there is often a sense of peace, clarity, and inner alignment. When it does not, life can begin to feel heavy, disconnected, confusing, or emotionally draining.

These prompts are designed to help you identify what matters most to you now, and where your life may be asking for realignment.

1. What matters more to you now than it did a few years ago?

Growth changes priorities.

Think about how your values may have shifted through life experience, healing, disappointment, success, loss, or personal growth.

What feels more important to you now?

Examples:

  • Peace.
  • Freedom.
  • Honesty.
  • Simplicity.
  • Family.
  • Purpose.
  • Health.
  • Integrity.
  • Emotional safety.
  • Spiritual connection.

What has become more important, and why?
