SECTION SEVEN: Relationships & Reflection
Theme: Healing and realigning your relational patterns.
Goal: Evaluate the energy you give and receive, and the impact of past relationship dynamics.
This section is about becoming honest about your relationships, not just with others, but with yourself. The people you choose, the boundaries you keep, the conversations you avoid, the energy you tolerate, and the roles you play in relationships often reveal deeper patterns.
Relationships can heal us, stretch us, challenge us, and reflect parts of ourselves we may not always see clearly. They can also expose wounds, unmet needs, fears, and survival patterns that still shape how we connect.
These prompts are designed to help you reflect on your relationship patterns, recognize what feels aligned, and create healthier connections moving forward.
1. What types of relationships have shaped you the most?
Think about the people and relationships that have left the deepest impact on your life.
This could include:
- Family relationships.
- Friendships.
- Romantic relationships.
- Professional relationships.
- Mentors.
- Spiritual communities.
- Former partners.
- Childhood friendships.
What did these relationships teach you about love, trust, safety, communication, and connection?
