SECTION FIVE: Intuition & Inner Knowing
Theme: Recognizing and honoring your spiritual navigation system.
Goal: Strengthen intuitive connection and rebuild self-trust.
This section is about learning to trust the quiet wisdom within you. Intuition does not usually scream for attention. It often speaks through subtle feelings, inner nudges, physical sensations, recurring thoughts, unexplained peace, or a quiet sense that something feels right, or does not.
Many people lose touch with their intuition after years of overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, emotional pain, or constantly looking outside of themselves for answers.
These prompts are designed to help you reconnect with your inner knowing, recognize how intuition already speaks to you, and begin trusting yourself again.
1. When was the last time you felt a strong inner knowing about something?
Think about a time when something deep inside of you knew.
Maybe you knew:
- A relationship was no longer aligned.
- A job was draining your spirit.
- A new opportunity felt right.
- A person felt safe, or unsafe.
- A major life change was needed.
- A path no longer fit who you were becoming.
What happened, and what did that inner knowing feel like?
